1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ARY Plus (`aryplus.tv`) and its mobile/TV applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on ARY Plus—including but not limited to television dramas, serials, shows, movies, video clips, logos, trademarks, artwork, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of ARY Digital Network or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, downloading, re-broadcasting, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content on ARY Plus for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:

• Bypass, alter, or tamper with digital rights management (DRM) or stream protection mechanisms.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract video content or metadata.
• Stream or mirror content in public commercial venues without prior authorization.

4. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account on ARY Plus, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content library, or part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or disruption.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
